Nice selection of live stock but return policy is terrible. Bought two fish and within a two days they brought something into my tank that killed everything in my well established tank. Not thrilled. Never shopping here again.

Lizz - I'm so sorry to hear about this. As you know, fish keeping is not an exact science and sometimes totally unexpected things happen. Did you bring a sample of your tank water in to be tested? (this is Sally Trufant, the General Manager)
The service is amazing. They helped me with buying products for a fish pond. I only buy my fish from B&B because I'm confident they are taken care of and aren't diseased or stressed. Their selection on decor is amazing. Stuff you couldn't find in a pet smart. I love it.
I love this place! The people are so friendly. They have a very large selection of animals and anything you could possibly need for your animal. Even if you don't purchase anything you can have an enjoyable time visiting with all the animals ❤️
