B&B is best pet store ever! They are so helpful & always have great customer service. It has been awhile since I've been able to shop at B&B pet store because I moved to Florida. You guys should open another store in Jacksonville Florida. That would be awesome :)

Came in there today with my kids and husband we bought fish and the girl that helped us was very friendly and nice I will only buy my fish from here and my pet supplies the best pet store in town I was eve able to register for the prizes y'all was offering thank you bb pets for the wonderful service and quality of pets you provide

Used to love this place. I have lots of animals. Staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the month of December they sold me 3 sick Guinea pigs. My kids feel in love with them fast and did everything that they require. However one lived less then a week and the other 3 weeks. We returned the third because I did not want my kids to suffer another death. It concerns me that they where all sick because they are supposed to live 5-9 years. I will not be shopping there in the future.

Mandy - this is terrible and I'm so sorry you had a bad experience. We are entering our 35th year in business and we would never, ever knowingly sell an animal that is sick. We want you and your family to be happy and successful with any pet purchased from us. I'd like to speak with you about this since we sold over 100 guinea pigs in the last month and have not had any other reports of them being sick. This is Sally Trufant, the General Manager. Love B&B they treat us like family every time we go there for our pet needs and I have a mini zoo so I'm there a lot! The Jarrell family loves you guys!!!!
I just wanted to say you have the best employees. We came in there on friday during that terrible storm and brought a 75 gallon fish tank and the guys(gideon and another guy)took off their socks and shoes and loaded it in our car, to me thats going beyond the call of duty thanks

I absolutely love this pet shop, great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, not to mention they give back to the local communities and different pet friendly organizations. We shop here monthly for our pets needs.
