B&B assigned a work order though AHS my home warranty company. They took 5 days to respond to the work order, despite being required to respond in 2 days. Jason came to my house, disconnected the sink, and stated that he would return in 3 days with a new part. After waiting 7 days, I called Jason. His response was that the company was busy and he would not complete the work...despite having been paid and disconnecting my sink. The lack of communication, follow through, and respect should be red flags for all future clients.... read more
