First, I will share what I like about B&B. The service is spectacular. Quick response to A/C issues. Technicians are always polite and professional. Last season my unit, which is less than five years old, failed. My unit was installed by B&B. I had someone out and the freon was low and recharged. I found the unit was fully covered by them and they came right out and checked it. They could not find the issue. I turned the unit on this week and the unit was not working. Wow ...extraordinary..woke up from midnight shift today.. B &B Heating & Cooling had box delivered on porch with cookies and with a drink tumbler . And with Thank you sticker . Great company with my experience. Enjoying my furance.
We had a new air conditioner and furnace installed today. Ryan was very professional and friendly. He arrived at 8:30 and was finished by 1:30 with the heat running nicely and a new thermostat ready to use. We highly recommend B and B!
In October 2024 my pilot on my heater went out. I called B&B Heating and Cooling and got a professional cheerful initial response and service within a couple of days. As it turned out I needed my furnace replaced and chose B&B because of the positive initial service experience and their estimate was very competitive on replacing not only my furnace but also my AC unit as it used the old discontinued refrigerant.
