Was loyal to this company for service. Really liked and trusted the gentleman who serviced our system for almost 10 years. When replacing double unit HVAC a couple years ago, stayed loyal even though they weren’t the cheapest quote. They left my house dirty, didn’t move things back into place and the installation of my outside unit is not the workmanship I’d have hoped for what we paid. I paid them to replace all of my duct work in the crawl space. I knew one of the workers and my family member went to school with another one. The guaranteed the work, and I trusted them through the people we knew. Hard 6 inch ducting was to be installed with new outlets to increase airflow. They couldn’t replace the outlets because “they are custom” and all of the ducting that was supposed to be hard duct work is the flexible fiberglass ducting, which was zip tied on. Use another company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don’t even deserve one star This company installed the new HVAC system in my new home. I had them back multiple times in the winter and summer. Severe issues with the upstairs heating and cooling. They refused to correct issues. I had another company come out to assess and found out the ductwork to the upstairs was extremely undersized and installed not correctly. This is a terrible company and the owner and his sons definitely do not know what they’re doing.
Joe’s company installed my homes HVAC system when we had our house built 20 years ago, and we called on him and B&B to recently replace our entire system. Professional, affordable, and reliable!!
