I’ve visited this shop twice in the past and it’s been decent when I’ve been in a bind. I called tonight and during my conversation with the store’s associate I asked if the shop closed at 8pm, as it’s stated online. The associate confirmed they would be open until 8pm. I arrive just before 7:30pm and the shop was closed. If the clerk was planning to close early, he should’ve just said that when I called so I could’ve planned to go to another shop. Definitely won’t be returning in the future.
I haven’t been to this store in like 2-3 years. I just went today and was pleasantly surprised by the additional products that they have. I went there just because I needed a comb and left with so many other things than I anticipated. I’m writing this review because if you’re like me and haven’t been there in a while, you need to know that they’ve done an upgrade!
Have the products that are hard to find. Staff helped me to find the right , appropriate wig. I'm very happy. Love this store. My favorite. Always stocked.
