Went in to upgrade 2 lines at 5:30ish. Jessi got our devices, got them all powered up and the US Cellular activation stalled her out at a couple points. She stayed for almost an hour after hours to make sure everything was up and running, apologetic that it was taking so long when it was no fault of hers at all! Great asset to the store.
We have had US Cellular for over 17 years now. If we ever have any problems we just go to the office and they take care of any issues that we have. I definitely recommend US Cellular for your business or personal cell phone.
