B & B hunted down an original 2003 Volvo door for a necessary replacement. Not only did they go the extra mile in obtaining a more structurally superior door, but they also tested and retested the replacement door to ensure that rain or melting snow would not penetrate the seal around the door. B & B gives top-notch service & treatment to each car I have ever brought to them, no matter how old or new the model. They embody the true effort to reuse, refurbish and retain an existing car. The folks at B and B are true professionals. Knowledgeable, friendly, and they do excellent (and expedient) work. We took our recently wrecked car to them and, although it ended up going to the scrap yard, we were treated fairly and they worked quickly to assess the damage. With 600 miles on our brand new van to replace this wrecked car, my wife got rear-ended. We took it to B and B and received the same professional treatment. The van is back on the road and looking flawless. Highly recommended.
My van was in an accident with some pretty major front end damage. B&B was professional, nice & very easy to work with. They gave me a complimentary car while my van was being repaired, which was a huge relief. My van was fixed quickly & came back cleaner & better than pre- accident, they did excellent work! B&B made an obviously unexpected & negative event as painless & easy as possible. Thank you so much!
Every experience I’ve had bringing my vehicles to them has been outstanding!! Friendly, on top of things and a beautiful job to boot!! Not to mention that any time I’ve told people where I took my cars, they always say that it’s the best and only place they will use!!
They run an amazing business here. I’ve been here more than I would like because I’ve been hit by other cars several times over the years but this is a great place to have to deal with. They are organized, professional and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend a business more highly. This time around Wes helped me but everyone I’ve encountered here is great.
