Dropped off my sons bike, was quoted over $200 to replace a wheel and go over the bike... the guy was clearly out of his element couldn’t focus! Called back after 24 hours and he laughed saying he hadn’t even looked at the bike! Really? I was going to purchase a Specialized Men's RockHopper today but sure as hell will take my business elsewhere!

Just got a gravel/road/adventure bike from them. They were super nice and knowledgeable about the bikes. Lindy and Travis worked with me on getting a bike. I’m going to order another bike from them. They had great customer service. I want one of those trainer things also.

Great help at rest stops and on the road. Organized, timely and well marked routes. The frozen yogurt rocked!!!
Just picked our bikes! Thanks to Lindy, Shane, Travis and Beth! All of then helped us in choosing what was best for us. They went our of their way and even stayed after hours to accommodate our schedule! When you come in the shop they remember you on a personal level! Extremely grateful for the great customer service and excited for the adventures to come!

Where to begin? First off, I have been a proud customer of B&B for over 12 years and have nothing but positive things to say. The service department is top notch (thank you Nick, Travis, Justin, Michael, and the many others that have worked on my bikes. The floor is always filled with the latest models, colors, and sizes.
