Not a 3 Star Rating READ ME and LOOK AT the PHOTOS it would have saved me a 3-hour round trip. I went to see a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid with a reconstructed title. Based on the photos, it appeared to be a typical used-car dealership. In reality, the lot had roughly 200 cars crammed into about half an acre. PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Almost immediately after I purchased a vehicle, I experienced knocking from the rear of the vehicle, which turned out to be a shot rear differential resulting in an over $2000 replacement. When I called, I was told they can give it to "their mechanic" who can do the job for $1000. This is highly suspect based on my research. When I asked for the name and number of the mechanic, they refused to disclose it. The owner isn't accessible and seems slightly shady. Therefore, proceed with caution.
I definitely don't recommend this place officially scammers came here from New York to buy a car, I spent close to $ 150, and when I went to check the car, I saw that the car had a lot of damage, and it was a waste of time and money for me, they're definitely not professionals, I've reviewed reviews before, I've seen bad reviews, but I've tried to give them a chance, but they definitely don't deserve this chance, you be you, definitely don't waste your time and time, such people don't deserve to do business, I went for a pir... read more
I had a smooth, easy experience at B&B Auto. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle so was new to the process. The employees and office manager were great. They made the process enjoyable and seamless. Certainly recommend them.
some pretty scummy sales tactics along with vehicles that have issues you can’t identify easily in carfax, leading to a full transmission rebuild shortly after purchase. do not buy anything from here.
