First Class Work Friendly Staff The experience we recently had at B&B Auto Body was top notch. The staff was attentive and careful. It was important to me that the work was done well and in a timely manner. Matt Ehrlich was our service coordinator and he was fabulous. He was very up front about the manner in which the work would be done, what costs to expect and how much time they would need to complete the job. So great! I was referred here by my insurance company, and I am GLAD THAT THEY DID! I have a bimmer and was pleasantly surprised to find out that RUSNAK BMW also uses this shop for their repairs. I was concerned about the type of parts that would be used. B&B used all new factory oem parts, and the paint matched perfectly. Now I have the car back, I could never tell it had been in an accident. I received friendly service and prompt updates. I am happy that I found this repair shop!!!!!! Poor Workmanship If you want a group of incompetent people working on your high end vehicle, then I highly recommend this shop. I had them working on my BMW about 3 years ago on a rear end collision repair job. They contacted me and asked me to come to the shop after having the car for quite a long time. When I came down to their shop to pick up the vehicle, I found out that the vehicle is not completely done. The electronic equipment did not work. If I didn't check the vehicle, I would have drove away with a problem car tha... read more
