called to see about getting some repair work done. met with a very rude "you called me what do you want?" I guess the answer is that I want to work with someone who is at least respectful and professional.
My wife called to make an appointment to have our fridge worked on. I called back to get an estimate for the cost of the site visit and diagnostic work. The response was that he “doesn’t do estimates” which is reasonable given that he didn’t know what the problem was. I clarified that I just wanted an estimate for the price of the visit, and he responded that he could tell by “the tone of my voice” that it would be too much. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Called this morning and the guy that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and that’s an understatement. I don’t know if it was because I am a female and he thought I had no idea what I was talking about, but I will be calling a different company to come out and look at my stove. Zero stars, if I could.
I am thrilled to leave this review. Bob literally just fixed my garage freezer over the phone. I would have lost hundreds in wasted food and paid for someone to come out and fix it, but I was able to get it all sorted with him walking me through it. Patiently I might add as I'm running around the house frantically. What amazing customer service! I am almost crying in gratitude. Thanks Bob. :)
