B & B Appliance Parts was quick to answer the phone, and they were very helpful in identifying the part needed to fix my washer. They had it in stock, and I was able to pick it up immediately. Customer service was friendly, informative, and accurate. Highly recommend and will do business with them again!
Went in to buy a oven lower heating , the guy tested it and he saved me from having to but one. It was good after all.
The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. I was greeted with several smiles and "Hi, how are ya's". I'll be bringing my services to this shop from now on and recommending. Had just the part I needed.
