I had a bad experience at a salon in central Illinois where I'm from. The cut had been awful and I was embarrassed to go anywhere without having my hair up because it was so bad! I called this salon after a referral and they were able to work me in while I was in the city on vacation with my kids. It was a nice atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. The color turned out great and I was very pleased with the cut and with the time she took to understand what I was wanting. Highly recommend this salon!
