I purchased a soft V strap bridal on Amazon. I hooked it up completely wrong and tore it up. Sandi in customer service took great care of me. She connected me to Rene and he gave me advise on the correct product to use for my application and Sandi shipped me a new appropriate chain bridal at no charge. Called it an accommodation.
