My experience with B.A. Fellar CO was decent. Could some things have been better as far as the property itself. Yes. Overall the rent was decent and lowest around no price gouging. I never had a problem with the property management staff. Aisha always responded quickly and we ended up getting along fine. John from maintenance was a nice guy. Great customer service, Maintenance is timely, attentive and professional. Building is always clean. Great neighborhood and neighbors. Management is proactive and professional.
I love the management team @ BA Feller . They help me when no one else would help me and my son . After we lost our home due to a fire. They went over and beyond to make sure I was able to afford the rent . When I need something fixed in my place . They just one away and they fix whatever I need at the time .
