Great customer service, Maintenance is timely, attentive and professional. Building is always clean. Great neighborhood and neighbors. Management is proactive and professional.
I love the management team @ BA Feller . They help me when no one else would help me and my son . After we lost our home due to a fire. They went over and beyond to make sure I was able to afford the rent . When I need something fixed in my place . They just one away and they fix whatever I need at the time .

Aisha is responsive and helpful within her limits. John and Pat (maintenance) are friendly and efficient.
I tried to set up an appointment to view two different units that just became available and Aisha was unhelpful and unnecessarily rude. If that’s how they act to set up viewings I can’t imagine reaching out for maintenance or other issues. Will be staying far away from this management company on my apartment search.
