If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Scott Kenkel is the worst Landlord I could ever had. From having a nasty apartment, needing maintenance which never happened, to having to go to court as he wantd to make me pay for an A/C unit which was never in the premises. Worst realty company ever. Please dont rent anywhere where Scott Kenkel is the manager. Since to move in to a new property previous references are required, number for Scott was provided.
