The suspension and axel broke as I was backing out of the 10 minute parking space I was sitting in. My car could only back up and not move forward this happened around 8:30 - 9pm at night no tow trucks around. The selfish narcissists who run this building have built a concrete block wall that blocks access for pedestrians to walk from the neighborhoods on the other side of Lincoln Avenue o get to the Marina bike path. We have had access literally for decades to run, bike, walk, and bring our dogs to the Marina, our local free county public spaces and now these luxe-condo tower dwellers have decided unilaterally to block public access completely.l without any public comment or accommodation.
