I purchased a Rolex watch from out of state and needed the crystal replaced. We drove from out of town to have it fixed by an official Rolex dealer, and Sami Mekhayel replaced the crystal in 30 minutes! We felt like the only customers in the room despite a very busy store. Highly recommend!
