There is a tenant on my floor who smokes indoors in the winter and on the balcony in the warmer seasons. After many reports with video evidence, Azuria has not done any effective measures in enforcing the health and safety law. Everytime I call the superintendent, he finds a reason to end the call and does not follow up with action. I suggest finding a different place under more considerate management.
