Regarding renovations and improvements to The Town Mall at 78-81 St Clair Ave E., Why all the BRIGHT lights at night in front of the mall and entrance, casting transient light upward affecting neighbouring residences and the night sky ? There are already a good number of city street lamps that sufficiently illuminate the same entrance and sidewalk. The night sky is not dark anymore as it is supposed to be. So much for Dark Skies and healthy improvements..
Having apartment with them, and I'm really happy with their sevices and prices
Cockroaches, break ins and stolen property due to improper security measures, employees in their stack that will get way too chummy with you and offer inappropriate favours, half done repair jobs that you never asked for, half finished work that you need. Minimal response to these serious complaints, if at all... and often utterly robotic and untactful responses when they do respond to something - which is completely dependent on whether or not it's relevant to their very narrow formalized protocols.
