I'm local to Jacksonville and I've always heard great things about One Ocean but never experienced it myself. It's awesome! The staff is friendly, rooms are really nice, the spa is awesome and overall it was an excellent experience. Will definitely be back.
While the facilities are top notch, the service was somewhat snooty. The impression I received on arrival for business was that they felt somewhat “above” their on clientele. I travel to resorts for a living and know the difference between great customer service and service that comes with a put-down every now and then. I attended an awards luncheon at your hotel on Nov. 15. From the parking attendants, to the professionalism of those who greeted us at the door, to the cleanliness of the lobby and public areas (including restrooms), and presentation and quality of the food at lunch, my experience at your hotel was very good. I hope to come back and stay next time I'm in town.
The best spa in the United States! The body scrub and massage is the ultimate relaxation with the most talented staff. Elegant and extremely friendly staff, a must to visit❤
