Love the location and the room. The restaurant served an incredible dinner. Downside small bathroom and there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night, 2:30am, and no explanation or apology.
Our stay was amazing. The staff was kind and the hospitality was amazing. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well supplied with any and everything you could possibly want. We will be staying here again.
A little high-end for my budget, but worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Well worth the money for the oceanview!!!
Beautiful Resort with a wonderful, friendly staff! We were pleasantly greeted by the two girls at the front desk upon arrival. Smooth check in, within 5 minutes there was a ring at our doorbell and it was concierge greeting us and explaining what was included in the resort fee (which was reasonable considering what was included) - rooms are super clean and the decor is stunning. Wonderful atmosphere along with great staff! My daughter and I enjoyed our stay even though it was brief getaway, we’ll be back. ❤️

I've been going to the Spa at One Ocean for a few years now and each visit is better than the last. Most recently, I had the Ocean Polish and Marine Detox Wrap with Ann Marie and it was wonderful. I highly recommend this treatment if you want to feel pampered and refreshed.
