Kathy was great. At first I was afraid to try a new haircut but she did a great job and the result was fabulous.(I even got compliments from my husband). I’m glad I got this done by a professional. She did it fast and even explained to me how to style my new long bob at home. Well worth the price.
Kathy Hong was prompt, she respects your time....great customer service. Explained everything to me as I was a new client, made sure I was satisfied. She matched the color and was VERY conscientious about her performance! Definitely recommend.
