I booked online as it said to pay up front before booking a couple float and I did that then went to book the date and got charged again I've reached out over phone that they never answer and also sent email as I'd like my refund of one purchased couples float ill definitely go some where else very bad customer service.
This is such a beautiful experience. They have kept the pace very clean and the staff there are exceptionally kind and supportive. Would definitely recommend this place!
Not a good experience to be very honest. I called in for an appointment but the aesthetician didn't know I was coming. She couldn't speak English that well. The Float room is a rip off. It's way too warm. Unable to breathe. I've been to other hot tubs and you could breathe easy in it. The Vichy massage was decent but its just another person putting product all over your body. $220 could've been spent elsewhere. Unfortunate.
What an incredible experience at Azure Aqua Spa. Today, my wife and I had a hot stone massage, followed by scalp massage, then finished with a full body Vichy scrub. It was 10/10. Our service providers were Khushboo and Manpreet. These 2 were absolutely amazing; we wouldn't change anything - professional, kind, and can tell they really care about making you comfortable and happy. Do yourself a favour, go to Azure!
First time visiting Azure. Had a lovely 60 min float. So relaxing. Khushboo was so friendly and professional. Had an amazing massage. The place is so clean and very nice. Will definitely be back !
