The staff is amazing here they showed a lot of love they explained everything well made sure you were taking care of thank you medical team.
They'll give you an appointment time of 11, you'll get there at a respectful 10:50 as most of us do for appointments, and then you will sit there until almost noon before you even get to the back. It takes 15 minutes to even get through the check-in process. The front crew really needs some work, bedside manner is just lagging on some staff here, kind to patient but not the caregivers who do everything for the patient. A bit nonsensical.
