Outstanding sushi. I ate there while in town once, and it was very good. Clean, and friendly wait staff.
I'm a tuna buff, so when in town I love to go to Azuma to indulge in my cravings! Executive Chef Harold Wong gave me the best pieces of tuna that I have ever had - and that includes dining in NYC - I actually asked his name when I saw the quality of his work. Splendid! The tuna was sparkling, gloriously grained, and perfectly cut. The taste was was so fresh, so wonderful! My husband is not a sushi/sashimi eater, so I ordered the Yaki Udun (noodles, chicken and veggies) for him, and he loved it.
