Great costumer service, but these are the worst nails i’ve ever gotten in my life. Wayyyy too much acrylic, the shape was terrible the color was terrible as well. Beautiful place, great workers terrible nails.
Went in today to get a simple gel polish change on hands and feet with no design. You can see the bumps on my nails really bad. I pointed it out as he was doing it but he said he couldn’t see them. When I got home my husband first response was your nails look terrible, who did them, they never look like this. $85 wasted.
Probably will not be coming back. Nails and brows turned out fine but employees talking on their phone while on speaker ruined the relaxing vibe. Was offered complimentary drinks then was surprised to be charged at the end without ever being told the prices or that they cost money.
Update: Day Two and the nail came completely off. Moving forward please do not use cheap hair store nail glue….this is extremely poor quality. Very disappointed with my experience. The pricing was not transparent, and the final cost did not reflect the quality of the service. I specifically asked for a square shape with slightly tapered edges, but I was told I was being charged for a “square coffin” shape.
