She did her job. But, she saw us at 12:45 when the appointment time was at 11:15. Nobody acknowledged or apologized till we said something. That was a year ago. Now even worse. 2:10pm was the appointment time and is 3:48 and still there are more people ahead of us. I guess the apology just was for show and people are not important to them.
Took 3 hours and did not get seeing so I left instead everybody that works there seems to be pretty dumb and don't know what their doing they over booked patients and don't help them at all i don't know why they do that bad customer service.
