We waited 2 hours today which is pretty good for this place! The employees and doctor are just great but the waiting time sucks. We have things to do too! Very disrespectful of patients!!! Next time we will bring a lunch!
No NO no.....frustration with the call tree that re routes to different country is insane. Agent would not let me schedule appointments for whole family. Unfortunately this time was enough and afters years am moving family to another practice that is more personal. I do want to say the doctors are kind. Its just overscheduled and you will wait long, and forget trying to call in and reach someone in office.
They are rude. They scream your name when it’s your turn.
I just want to thank Coco for helping me with my new prescription eyeglasses. I cannot wait to get them she was fast courteous and showed me all my options. She made the whole process easy for me to understand thank you. Coco..🤓
Worst service, the main call center is horrible. They make fun of you and give you a run around even when you tell them its for your elderly mother who is almost blind and needs to see a specialist right away. Worst eye group
