The best mexican food I have ever ate Everything is so tasty and fresh!!!!!!!
Terrible customer service! They forgot to make my food, brought it out after everyone else was finished eating and it was not my order. 15 min later they brought out my fajitas and set it down and burned my fingers. the manager had the nerve to tell me I should have realized it was hor and moved quicker...what!!!!! manager extremely rude and argumentative.
Went into Azul thinking “Oh no one is here, we will be seated fast and served fast.” As we waited at the door for someone to seat us. Bite Squad was waiting as well. As they mentioned they have been there 10 minutes. Everyone seemed to be in the kitchen. How can no one be up front to greet customers?! We were sat eventually and the guy said, “your server will be with you.” We waited, no one ever came. We got tired of waiting. We left. They lost my business and not sure if I’ll be back.
