I couldn't be happier with my experience here. From the very first tour to moving in, the staff has been welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuine. They go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The property is beautiful, maintenance is extremely attentive, and the community is peaceful. It's rare to find a management team that truly values its residents, and it definitely shows. I would also like to give a special thank you to Brandon, Denise, Laura and the admin team. Highly recommend!
The apartment homes and amenities were impressive, and I really appreciated how helpful the staff was throughout the tour. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend touring Azul at Spectrum!

I would have liked to give a higher rating but unfortunately the end of our stay leaves it at a one star. We left our apartment in great condition, even cleaning every single individual blind, and were charged for unbelievable reasons. As we were great tenants, we would have appreciated not being screwed out of our deposit. We were charged for dirt outside of our front door (in the open hallway), water marks in the dish washer that could have been wiped with a wet paper towel, and permanent stains on the oven door.
