I put in 2 maintenance requests last night. I came home from work today and found a hand-written note left by the maintenance staff. The issues I reported were fixed within 24 hours, and they even went the extra mile to change out my refrigerator filters. Excellent service, and quick turn around. Thank you!
It’s always nice seeing a familiar face around, Berry was able to fix our washing machine same day as it being reported. So thankful for the Maintenance staff! They’ve never been anything but kind.
