Terrible customer service. The staff are rude and unprofessional. They told me there were no cones available, but then sold cones to people who arrived after me. Later, they said they did have cones, but that they weren’t ready. It was very confusing and inconsistent. They also skipped the line to serve other customers and responded in a disrespectful manner. Very disappointing experience.
It was really good, honestly one of the best ice cream spots I’ve been to!
Expected more out of the famous abuela ice cream - it was good, but very few guava pieces. Service is great though.
Lots of flavours!!!! Wish I could go back to try all of them. Abuela’s cookie flavour was not overly sweet and nice but wish the flavour was a bit more intense and cafe con leche is nice.
Came here to get the plantain ice cream while I was in the area, the staff was super nice and they even gave me some dry ice to keep it from melting in the car on my way home. Totally worth the drive! Will definitely be back here. ❤️
