We may not have gone on a good day. Lunch was slow, but service was even slower, and the lack of authentic Cuban cuisine knowledge by our server turned us off even more. This may be considered fusion, but knowing the roots of the cuisine should be a requirement. The food that WAS presented was so-so, and mojitos were overrated, but the flippant attitude of the server couldn't get us out of there fast enough. Try if you wish, but we won't ever go back.
