I love this place, great food and great environment, but the service is just horrible. There's really no way around it. I get one full hour for lunch between classes at the Junior College directly across the street. I'm close enough that I should have plenty of time to eat here. Today, I was seated for 10 minutes before I was even asked what I wanted to drink, and another 15 minutes before I was asked to order. RecommendedMy favorite Mexican restaurant in south Mississippi. Delicious! I had shrimp quesadillas, best I ever had! Also chips and salsa yum, they had to bring us more!
I love Aztecas. The food is great and I usually enjoy myself. Last night was a different story. Our waiter was very inattentive. He asked if we were ready to order. We said yes, he said ok then walked off. He was gone for a while and then came back and leaned against the wall and watched football. We had to wait a while to order. Food was great, but service was terrible.
The food was good and hot, the prices were a little high it was 15$ for just me to eat at a lunch special.
