Excellent customer service! The food was delicious. You can see the kitchen on the way to the bathroom, it was clean. Bathroom was also clean!
Zero or minus zero stars. We had a HAIRBALL in our food. A crusty dirty glob if hair. We did not eat any of our food. And to make matters worse the staff, except the waitress who was horrified, accused us of planting it in our food! For what possible reason? It's not like we ate and we're trying to get out of paying. The owner was a total jerk. The cook told me to shut up. What a horrible birthday dinner.
