The girl on the phone calling for payments VALERIE ROJAS is an obnoxious 19 year old and is so rude and has no customer service skills she was yelling and talking over me and you can't get anywhere when making a complaint about her because her dad is the owner of the company. And the funny thing is I didn't even have a car with these people I was just a reference on a family members car. I would never recommend this ghetto place to any one. Maybe if they knew how to treat people this place wouldn't be so bad.
