Bad customer service from start to finish. I went in looking for a birthday gift and asked for assistance finding a specific soccer team. Unfortunately, the employees seemed just as confused as I was and weren't able to help narrow down what I was looking for or show me what they had available. Finally I found what I wanted, Two days later I came back because it didn't fit the birthday boy. I asked for a refund or exchange. Apparently opening the package to try it on is an issue, but that was never mentioned when I bought it... read more
