Called to get quotes on additional quantities of the item we were purchasing and the customer service worker (R***) was very rude and basically said that he didn't need our business and will cancel our order. I was shocked being that our event is in less than 2 weeks!! I was as nice as I could be and asked if I could speak to a manager and then he hung up on me. I have to have my supervisor call to sort this whole thing out. I am all for small businesses, however, we will definitely look for another place next year
