We ordered a large number of mugs for a conference. The final products do not match the preview we set by a BIG margin. Logo size, color, position, alignments are ALL very off. Even mug color is not as pictured.....very unprofessional printing service.... Disappointed !!

They never communicate with me. I was always the one who had to reach out and ask about the progress of my order even after me saying NUMEROUS times to please update me when they had something new. It has been 4 months since I ordered shirts and they said that our shirts are put at the bottom of their priority list. do NOT do business with them. They are by far the worst tshirt company i have ever used
