Special People who care My cat was very sick, she was passing puss from her body. I did not know what was wrong with her, we took her to Aztec and Dr. Murry fixed the problem and saved her life. Dr. Murray is one of the nicest and caring vets I've ever experienced! I had to put my beloved dog to sleep today. The only thing I'm glad about is where I had it done at. Dr. Murray is a compassionate vet. I took Duke to Dr. Murray when I found him as a stray and he has helped me from the day I took him in until the day Duke passed away. He really is a caring man. Great Vet- Great Care! This is a wonderful vet. We had an excellent first experience. I was able to get an appointment next day and everyone was friendly and helpful... From the ladies at the desk to the pet nurses, to the doctor! Am very pleased and they treated our pet like thier own! Would reccomend this vet hospital to anyone!!! great service and very caring! My lab puppy (6months old) got stung by a bee or something and his muzzle, front paws, etc were very swollen. I immediately called Aztec. They were technically closed from 11-2 for lunch, and I called at almost 12 noon. And they said I would have to call somewhere else if I wanted him seen right away or wait till after 2pm. Aztec changing???? I used Aztec for about 3 years and was happy at first with everything. But over the last year or so, I feel like I am rushed through, and over charged... And I leave with empty pockets and no answer as to what is wrong with my baby .. just a bag full of medicine. And don't ever have an emergency, because Dr. Murray is too busy getting new clients to deal with ones that have come there for years... That is what caused me to change vets!
Total Hack Took aging and ailing Feline to be checked out. Dr. thought it was a brain tumor. After numerous costly test, several different medications, $250.plus and still no firm diagnosis I took cat to a different local vet. 3 minutes, charge for an office visit and medication for an infection. Cat is now well on the way to a good recovery.
Getting rid of Banfield wellness plan I'm new in town and have always used Banfield inside Petsmart cause it's convenient and I'm in the military so I know my pets records will travel with me. Well to say the least my experience with Banfield has been less than satisfying in the last couple months and this is a company I pay $264 a year regardless if my dog goes in or not for the wellness plan.
