I've used their service for 15 years and always had a good experience until today. The manager kept blowing off my request for a recheck and hung up on me. She is awful. Terrible service. They lost a loyal customer today.
Excellent service!! They came on very short notice and set rat bait in the attic. One week and two days later, rodent #1 dead. Hopefully that's it!! I highly recommend this company.
We have used Aztec for years and really appreciate the minimalist approach that they offer. They just recommend treating as needed so as to limit the use of pesticides. The technicians are friendly and more importantly, honest. There have been several occasions when they have come out and decided that we didn't need service and just given us advice.

I let my guard down and just hired them since I like listening to KUT and must have thought they won’t advertise unprofessional businesses.
