We went to Aztec with $500 and little hope. Knowing our credit wasn't great and that wasn't much of a down payment we were ready for rejection. Oh how wrong we were! Drew laid out everything for us and found us a great rate with a local Credit Union. We were even able to get a warranty! One of my favorite things was that day of we only had $500 to put down Drew let us make a 2nd $500 down payment a couple days later after my wife got paid.
