Heater was checked according to maintenance schedule. Prior to the maintenance being done the heater was working great. After the maintenance was performed the heater blower would come on but would not ignite. The tech has now come out three times and has not fixed the problem that was created after maintenance was performed. This has cost me 175.00 for the heater maintenance and another 125.00 for the tech to try and fix it. One again the people at Aztec provided prompt, courteous, professional service. Our a/c went out on Thursday night. I called them Fri morning and system was fixed Friday afternoon. I highly recommend them!
Warning: We have had our unit for 2 years, which was installed by Aztec in a new home and they've had to come out 5 times to repair. The unit was so loud they had to install a part so it didn't wake us up at night. Then they had to come back to reinstall their ductwork because they made a mistake. The third time they came out the unit still wasn't working properly so they added Freon.
