Door to door cold knocking offering quotes, refused he then rings the doorbell 5minutes later with the same speech. Then 10minutes after that trys again.. whatever he's smoking is very good
Cancelled twice then billed for work not done.
Positive and negative things about this company. They are very flaky and unreliable - Appointments mean nothing to them and they can cancel on you minutes before the scheduled appointment. I've had my appointments cancelled on me 4 times to be exact. When they did show up, the gentleman cleaning our gutters was polite but he left his cleaning sponge clogging the gutter which I had to fish out myself. Pushy door to door sales run by Mark H. We declined, but heard from neighbour that he was pushy for her as well and lied about 'doing a bunch of work' for the neighbours, including us by name, and another that was away on holiday, so theorize he snooped in our mailboxes to get our names as we sure didn't give it out. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Obviously not the 'owner' and can't tell if this was a rogue employee or was given 'tools' to pressure sell by owner, but be warned.
They've cleaned my gutters twice & also demossed my roof - they've been professional & polite each time with high quality work at very fair prices. Absolutely would recommend them if you need any home maintenance.
