The man asked for my I'd, pulled up my info, printed some paperwork and walked out to get it. Gave me my I'd back, and asked for my deductible payment. I gave my card, he gave me a receipt to sign, then gave me the paperwork. I had to ask for my keys. Very unpersonal.
