I had a short cycle problem with one of my 20+ year old air conditioners. I was expecting a call for replacement. ******* came out to have a look. Ever the professional, he walked through possible causes, and diagnosed low refrigerant and bad air flow in my condenser and evaporator. He advised on how to keep the air flowing and got my air con running great. I think I found my new HVAC guy! They were great from start to finish. On time, professional, worked quickly, fixed the problem on the first try, and didn't gouge me like the company before that shall remain nameless(I'm not here to sling mud). He's a good and honest person, and I appreciated the effort that they put in on this project. Will definitely be calling them again when I'm ready to replace my HVAC unit.

He has extensive knowledge on how to fix the equipment before recommending the expensive option of replacing the unit completely. I had a special problem with my second floor Apartment's. I called the biggest HVAC company in Illinois... 4S. They misdiagnosed problem. Five other HVAC companies, in addition to Bernard, told me 4's recommendation was BS and a waste of money. Bernard came in and rectified the problem. I will always use Azrikam for my HVAC needs.
