Stay away from this company. This is a scam, they claim they pay pre-existing conditions when you buy it but then when you use it they claim that they don't cover pre-existing conditions that are 730 days prior to the emergency. So basically they don't cover pre-existing conditions.!!! So if you are planning on buying because of that just stay away and buy other travel insurance. Terrible just terrible. Horrendous company who will do everything possible not to pay out and hide that fact from you.
Don't waste your time and money! They are not gonna pay for you! They just steal your money! The worst company I ever had!
Why are the Directors and President contact so top Secret and there looks like only one person who works in the offices no matter if you call or email over 90 days I wait for my refund and cannot contact anyone of the boss ????
