I went in with 2 identical watches, both of which had stopped working. I had been told by another watch repair person in Chinatown that it was not worth fixing because the parts needed were too expensive. As a last ditch effort to revive the watch I loved I went into Azena for a second opinion. At first I got the same explanation from Jr. but then on further investigation, he figured out a simple solution for one of the watches, and it has been working perfectly for the last 24 hrs. Azena Jewelry is a wonderful neighborhood spot. Every time I visit, the staff is friendly, helpful, and they always work with a quick turnaround. On my most recent visit, I came in to sell a gold piece and mentioned that my wedding ring had a small diamond missing from the band.
