Although I didn't actually receive services from Hank, he was super helpful! I called him with concerns with another company completing the abatement that was provided through my insurance due to a recent flood. Hank did not have to awnser my questions and concerns. He walked me through all the issues I was having and confirmed my anxieties were right about the other company. You know how you call a company these days and they usually want to sell you something instead of Answering any of your questions, well not these guys! Called about a possible asbestos exposure on a Sunday! Answered right away, was very friendly and gave great realistic advice. A rare gem in a sea of disconnected corporations!
