I'm at attorney currently renting a condo in ************* through Azari Property Management. After feeling ill several times, and having my carbon monoxide alarm beep one night, I checked into the status of the wall heating unit. I purchased a carbon dioxide monitor and the levels were in the red zone (dangerously high). Do not work with this company. They aren't even licensed and scam all of their clients. I believe that they were taking money from our HOA's accounts without approval, and would create many situations with a conflict of interest where they would pay themselves. Beware trusting them.
I just had a very commendable experience with Vicki attending to a credit that was due to me. She followed up very well and made sure that I got my refund in a timely and accurate manner. Much appreciated!
We had an excellent service with John and Genie from Azari property management today. They clarified all our questions regarding the leasing options and application process. I would recommend them highly to anyone considering a firm to manage a property too.
For the past 5 years we I've been using Azari to manage our property in Brisbane, CA when my wife and I relocated to Seattle, and from the start their management team has been stellar. They did a great job finding potential tenants so there was no vacancy, and they've been great at coordinating work that needed to get done. I brought the Azari team on to manage my property in Sacramento while I was working an extended period on the east coast through 2016/2017. Over the course of the year and a half with Azari, they, the whole team (***** ***** ****** ****** *** ******) were super helpful in dealing with an unresponsive and difficult renter at my property. Several months ago, my mother sold her home of 35 years, due to the passing of my father and the ongoing battle with the Department of Defense, over my father’s disability claims and pension.
